The afternoon tea at Iliffe was an absolute treat for my mother's birthday. We were blown away by the stunning decor, all done in beautiful Laura Ashley style. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable and were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The variety of sandwiches and cakes in the afternoon tea spread was delicious, and the warm, fluffy scones were a definite highlight. Even when my brother requested a plain ham sandwich, the staff happily catered to his preferences. For £100 for our party of five, we felt it was well worth the price, especially considering it surpassed our previous experience at Coombe Abbey.

I was only there for one day, and little of that was actually spent at the hotel. Despite this, I found all staff very helpful, and the placement pleasing and secure.Of food, I only had limited time for a hurried 'English breakfast' so had no time to enjoy that, which was really quite good. Little to say, certainly nothing against or negative. Many thanks.
Not enough time was spent to notice or establish any 'complaints' but of the time spent, I have literally nothing negative to say.

The hotel's grounds and staff were pleasant. Our spacious ground floor room had good facilities, including a comfortable bed. The corridor showcased beautiful paintings. The staff were friendly and helpful.

very convenient location (I needed to be near coventry airport) - warm, friendly & clean. Public areas were very well kept, food & bar service was very good.
Room was a little "tired" with dated furnishings and worn/broken fittings (but comfortable and clean)
